OUR STORY
Michael Taylor and Raymond Pardue founded Michael Raymond Salon in 1993. Collectively, they brought 60 years of salon industry experience and expertise, having both worked in several salons as stylists, educators and as owner-operators. They envisioned building a culture that would ensure integrity, professional and individual growth through extensive education and training, and a flourishing work environment with a team-based concept. They have worked tirelessly to create a salon environment in which each guest receives a personalized experience from the best talent in Dallas.
This effort has delivered—they have been rewarded with consistent salon growth and successes through the years. Michael Raymond Salon has made its mark in Dallas. Their continued pursuit of customer care and day-making has resulted in a large and loyal following.
In December of 2011, after a long and rewarding career, Raymond retired from the Michael Raymond Salon. Today, Michael is the sole proprietor of the company and continues to be hands-on with the operations, education and continuous efforts for growth and development.

The majority of our staff have been with us since starting in the industry as apprentices. Through the structure of consistent education and teamwork, our stylists have worked to establish themselves as some of the best in the industry.
