Thank you for booking an appointment with Michael Raymond Salon. We look forward to seeing you. Knowing our policies will allow us to better serve you. They are designed to benefit our guests and ensure we meet your expectations.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

Your appointment is important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved just for you. We request that our guests arrive a little early for their scheduled appointment. If you are running a little late, every effort will be made to deliver the requested service. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please understand that we may need to reschedule the service if the remaining time does not allow for the service requested.

APPOINTMENTS MADE ONLINE

All appointments made through our website will require prepayment.

CANCELLATIONS

We strive to accommodate all of our guests and politely ask that you respect our time as we respect yours. We require 24 + hours notice for all cancellations and scheduling changes. When we are given adequate time we can offer that appointment time to someone on our cancellation list. If we are not given 24+ hours notice we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the missed service total.

We send text confirmations when booking an appointment and a few days before as a reminder. Not confirming your appointment will not cancel your appointment. In order to cancel you must do so online or call us at 214.346.9201.

*ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST GO THROUGH THE SALON AND NOT YOUR STYLIST*

If a guest fails to show up for a scheduled appointment we reserve the right to charge 50% of the missed appointment. Without notification we lose the opportunity to fill the space and time with someone else.

Service Satisfaction

At Michael Raymond Salon we are committed to providing you with the best services possible. For guests who are unsatisfied with your service we ask that you contact the salon within 14 days of your scheduled appointment. We will schedule you a redo with the original stylist. No refunds will be given on services.

PROMOTIONS

Promotions cannot be combined with any other specials/promotions or used on “package” specials.

RETURN POLICY

Retail products may be returned with a valid receipt from Michael Raymond Salon within 14 days of purchase.

PAYMENT

We accept all major cards, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Michael Raymond Salon gift cards and cash. Checks are not accepted.
